Who Is “Mohawk” Matt Fletcher

For over 25 years, I’ve been obsessed with playing, capturing, and mixing the raw, unhinged energy of the ska and punk scene. I’m “Mohawk” Matt Fletcher, and my dedication to this sound is why bands trust me with their records. From grinding out shows in the explosive ’90s punk scene of Southern California to running my remote studio here in Bend, Oregon, music is my life. I’m the specialist you call when you need your tracks to sound authentically impactful and instantly iconic.

Unlimited revisions per song. Send clear, timestamped notes — I provide rough mixes early to make sure we’re aligned from the start.
Yes. My mixes hit hard while keeping their dynamics. I use aggressive parallel compression and careful limiting to meet streaming loudness targets without killing your tone.
I treat horns like a choir — balanced, wide, and punchy. Subtle room reverb and compression ensure they hit hard without overpowering vocals or guitars.

Over 30 years of playing and producing in the scene. I specialize in the Warped Tour Golden Era sound (1995–2005).
